Q: How do you ship?
A: Growers Trust LLC only ships packages Monday through Friday. Majority of all products ordered prior to 3.00pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Overnight orders must be recieved by 11:00AM EST to ship out same business day. When your product ships you will be notified by email along with a dedicated tracking number so that you know where your package is at all times – straight to your door. We use USPS for our shipping services. We are only responsible for the package while still with the carrier in route to you shipping location. Once your package has been delivered, it is now your property and responsible for filling any claims for lost or stolen packages.
