Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Unfortunately we will not accept unauthorized packages, so you must have an RMA to return your order or item.
An RMA request will be approved no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
RMA numbers are valid 10 days from issue ONLY. Items to be returned will not be accepted from return after 10 days from RMA issue. After this time we may accept returns but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. RMA's and refunds can take 4-8 weeks to process and refunds granted will be credited back according to means of payment.
This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department  to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
Applicable to Residential Deliveries ONLY - Delivery Drivers will, on occasion, leave a package at your door without a signature at their own discretion. Growers Trust LLC is not liable for lost packages delivered to your residences without a signature, provided by a recipient. If you have a 'no signature required' instruction on file with FedEx or UPS, any lost package will also be your responsibility.
"Return to Sender Packages or Refused Packages" are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Refused packages are defined as packages which have been voluntarily refused by the customer for any reason upon delivery.
Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.
Only Unopened products  are returnable up to 30 days from placing your . Opened, and used  product  is not returnable.

How can I be sure that my information is safe and secure?

What will my information be used for?
Personal information given to us through ordering with Growers Trust LLC is not shared with any other entity without your permission. It is only used for processing your order.
 
Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Growers Trust LLC. Please be certain that the information you provide is an exact match to your billing information. Any differences may cause a delay in processing your order.
PayPal:
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Growers Trust LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Growers Trust LLC has suspicion of a fraudulent order they have the right to withhold shipping of product(s) until the customer is contacted.
Credit Card Protection:
We use the latest 256-bit Secure Encryption Servers. This way you have peace of mind knowing that your private information is secure. All credit card orders placed through Growers Trust LLC are fully protected against fraud by your credit card company. Personal information provided to us while ordering with Growers Trust LLC is not shared with any third parties. It is only used for processing and fulfilling your order.
 

Shipping

Growers Trust LLC only ships packages Monday through Friday. Majority of all products ordered prior to 3.00pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Overnight orders must be recieved by 11:00AM EST to ship out same business day. When your product ships you will be notified by email along with a dedicated tracking number so that you know where your package is at all times – straight to your door. We use USPS for our shipping services. We are only responsible for the package while still with the carrier in route to you shipping location. Once your package has been delivered, it is now your property and responsible for filling any claims for lost or stolen packages.

Free Standard Shipping  With Free Shipping, ( on order's $35 or more ) your product will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday).

Information We Collect
